Agreement Worksheet

After you send us a Request For Quote (RFQ), we give you a quote, and you accept it, we need to make an agreement about the details

This agreement may be a piece of paper we sign, or it may just be a handshake of trust.  The need for an agreement is not about lack of trust -- it's about understanding and rememberng.  We both need to make sure we take are of everything needed to ensure a successful event.

There is some detail in the the worksheet, but think of it as an a la carte menu from which you pick only the things that are important.  In practice, we check only the boxes we need to and fill in a few things, and delete the parts that are not needed
